Our Policies:
Arrival
Late arrivals will still end at the scheduled time and the full charge of the treatment will apply. If you are a new client, please arrive a few minutes early to fill out our client intake form. We ask that you silence your cell phone to keep our space tranquil and serene.
Cancellation Policy
We honor you and your time by reserving the time you have requested. We ask you honor us by keeping your committed time with us. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or failure to notify us within the 24 hour time frame will result in you being charged 50% of the price of the scheduled service.
